In addition to guided tours and attractive packages for cyclists, we offer an all-round carefree programme at the Bike Hotel Krone in Bressanone, South Tyrol with our own certified bike guides, a bike wash, a lockable bike depot with a small workshop, a tour library and of course detailed maps, tour descriptions and GPS downloads. Not to mention fantastic insider tips from an expert... Yes, that’s me! I am both a hotelier and a sports fanatic, especially when it comes to cycling. I look forward to talking all about it with you and getting out onto the wonderful trails of the Isarco Valley!

Biken ist Chefsache... das wirst du öfter bei den BikeHotels Südtirol lesen. Denn dieser Satz bringt genau unsere BikeHotels-Südtirol-Philosophie auf den Punkt. Für unsere Mitglieder ist Biken im Allgemeinen und dein Bikeurlaub im Konkreten das allerwichtigste. Es kann nicht jede*r Mitglied bei den BikeHotels Südtirol werden. Es sind eine Reihe von Qualitätskriterien zu erfüllen, was regelmäßig kontrolliert wird. Dabei spielt die Gastgeberin oder der Gastgeber eine tragende Rolle. Sie oder er stehen mit ihrem Namen für die Einhaltung der Qualitätskriterien.

Wer BikeHotels Südtirol Mitglied ist, muss es draufhaben!
Ein BikeHotels Südtirol zu sein, verpflichtet. Vom Chef bzw. der Chefin verlangen wir einiges ab:

Der/die Gastgeber/in oder ein Mitglied der Gastgeberfamilie weist die abgeschlossene Bikeguide-Ausbildung vor ( mindestens gleichwertig mit der der Südtiroler Bikeguides).
Der/die Gastgeber/in lebt das BikeHotels-Credo und stellt sicher, dass die Mitarbeitenden über das Credo informiert sind.
Der/die Gastgeber/in verfügt über eine ausgezeichnete Ortskenntnis und kennt die Touren im Wochenprogramm bzw. die eigenen Tourenvorschläge.
Der/die Gastgeber/in bzw. eine kompetente Person steht im Betrieb als Ansprechpartner/in für alle Bikefragen zur Verfügung.
Das BikeHotel beschäftigt ausschließlich zertifizierte Bikeguides und trägt Sorge, dass die Bikeguides verpflichtend Fortbildungen besuchen.

Bike shuttle

In order to provide our guests with better access to the countless trails around Brixen, we not only offer guided tours but also a convenient shuttle service for up to 7 people (including bikes).
You can then explore the mountains, routes and surroundings of Brixen on your own, then return to Brixen via unique trails.

A hotel in the city. Better yet – a bike hotel in the city! How can that be possible? No problem! Stay in the city centre, get up from the breakfast table and pedal straight off: first through Bressanone’s traffic-free old town, then along the extensive network of cycle trails and off into the great outdoors, past vineyards and small villages, up on exciting bike trails from hut to hut, or even undertaking Alpine crossings lasting several days, over the Dolomite passes on the trail of the Bike Transalp or the Giro d’Italia. Then back to the 4-star Bike and Wellness-Hotel Krone for some chilling out in the city. How cool is that?

In South Tyrol, blessed with over 300 days of sunshine a year, our cycling season lasts from Easter to November – and real fanatics can cycle 365 days a year! Tours range in grade from relaxed to racing, all with fantastic views of the mountains. Bressanone is a true El Dorado for cyclists!
